You’ll start by filling out a short intake form to let us know about:

  • Areas of tension or injury
  • Health conditions or medications
  • Pressure preferences (light, medium, deep)
  • Any goals you have (relaxation, chronic pain, post-op support, etc.)

We’ll go over your answers together and customize your session using a blend of techniques tailored just for you.


🕯️ 2. Creating Your Sanctuary

Your therapist will leave the room so you can undress to your comfort level and get under the sheet. You’ll always be professionally draped, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.

The room will be quiet, cozy, and relaxing—low lighting, soft music, heated table, and optional aromatherapy create a truly peaceful atmosphere.


🤲 3. Your Massage Begins

Your therapist will:

  • Check in on pressure and comfort
  • Begin the bodywork with your goals in mind
  • Use various techniques (like deep tissue, cupping, Reiki, or stretching) depending on your needs

You’re encouraged to:

  • Speak up if anything feels too intense or not enough
  • Ask questions
  • Breathe deeply and let go of any pressure to “do”—this is your time

Once your session is over, we’ll:

  • Give you time to get up slowly and rehydrate
  • Offer feedback or self-care suggestions
  • Recommend a treatment plan if ongoing work is needed

It’s normal to feel relaxed, emotional, or even a little sore afterward—your body is processing and releasing. Drink water, rest if possible, and let the healing continue.
