Creating clear policies and procedures is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing a consistent experience for clients at Equilibre Massage & Med Spa. Here’s a suggested outline for your policies and procedures:

Appointment Policies

  1. Booking Appointments:
    • Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in-person at the spa. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment, a cancellation under 24 hours of the beginning of your appointment may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. To best serve my clients, I do require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone text to business phone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure the cancellation policy is upheld, I require a prepayment and a valid credit card to be entered and stored to book any appointment. Since the services are reserved for YOU personally, a cancellation fee will apply after a no call, no show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 100 percent of the scheduled service for ALL Services. I thank you in advance for respecting my time and my policy. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in accordance with state and federal laws.
  3. Late Arrivals:
    • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to respect the next client’s appointment.

Payment and Pricing

  1. Payment Methods:
    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of booking.
  2. Pricing:
    • Our service pricing is available on our booking website. Prices are subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
  3. Packages:
    • We offer a package of 3 services. Details are available on our booking website. Our package purchases are non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
  4. Retail Purchases:
    • All sales are final.

Client Conduct and Etiquette

    • We recommend leaving valuables at home. Equilibre Massage & Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
