General Liability & Service Expectation

-If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session. 

-I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

-I understand that the service offered today and in the future are not substitutes for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental health.

-I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.  

-I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.

-By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future related to massage therapy and bodywork.

-I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature and law enforcement will be contacted if suggestions or advancements are made of such nature. Full payment will be required in the event of a session being terminated due to sexual inappropriateness and no future appointments will be accepted. 

-I understand that I will be released as a client if I exhibit any behavior deemed rude or inappropriate by the therapist. 

Cancelations, Rescheduling, & Late Arrivals 

I understand that…

-Canceling or rescheduling my appointment within 24 hours of my appointment start time will require 100% of scheduled services to be paid before further bookings.

-I am required to pay the full amount for services and forfeit time if I do not show up on time/arrive late for my appointment. 

-I understand that if I No Call/No Show, I owe 100% of the scheduled services and will be required to pay 100% of any future scheduled services before I’m able to book an appointment. 

Refunds Policy

All sales are final on our retail products, packages, and gift certificates.  Gift Certificates have no cash value. Packages are transferrable to another person.

What if I am late arriving at my appointment?

If you’re running late for your appointment please let us know! We will give you whatever time we can however, we will not give you the full time and cut into the next persons start time. If you prefer to cancel your appointment late you can do that but you will be charged half the cost for the late cancellation in accordance with our policies.
